Mentor Semi final 2

hello everyone....
i just came back dari tgk Mentor tadi....
so, nak update la..
(aku rasa, aku lagi laju update dari media hiburan..hahahaha)

today's performance suppose to eliminate one contestor and two will battle in the final....
i arrived there around 8.45pm la...
yes, nobody amik port aku coz aku duduk kat tangga je..
bukan takde kerusi, tapi senang nak amik gambar n video....

today's semi-final, each protege akan buat performance solo n another performance with their mentor....
first to perform is Blacak,protege of Mas Idayu...
before start aku mcm dah pelik, nape ade besi2 construction kt atas stage tuh...
prop tak siap lg ke?
hehe...
rupe2 nya itu la prop utk performance black....
black nyanyi lagu rock coz mmg sesuai dgn vokal die....
persembahan die mmg sgt mantap la coz main panjat2 lagi prop tuh...
kepada aku yg pernah experience wall n rock climbing, show die tadi agak bahaya coz panjat tinggi tanpa safety....
juri2 pon puji black...
black did a good job la....

boleh buat video clip warga asing kerja construction..hehe

next performance was Chaq n Ajai...
ajai playing the piano for opening n sing lagu by krispatih....
nothing intresting la with this performance coz they tak guna prop or dancers....
as always, i dont like ajai...
ade ke patut, JayJay bagi komen...
then die boleh plak balas cakap balik...
he suppose listen and accept la...
not nice la like that....

Chaq n ajai

next was Fira's turn to perform solo.....
Fira nyanyi lagu "Dimana Kan Ku Cari Ganti" by Allahyaram P. Ramlee and " Makhluk tuhan paling sexy" by Mulan Jameela....
everytime fira nyanyi, mesti bulu roma aku naik..
lagi2 time lagu P.Ramlee tuh....
menarik performance...
guna dancers yg sehat2...
hahaha.....
juri komen pon ok...
just dorng advice guna melody p.ramlee yg original...
that was a positive feedback la...

amik feel dulu...

finishing pose yg agak mengancam..termasuk dancers yg "sehat"..hehe

manjawap soalan2 panas dari Nas Ahmad dgn senyuman..rilek aje...

then turn performance Black dgn Mas idayu...
lagu mantap tuh : "senja nan merah" by Ziana Zain and Awie....
performance ni vokal black mmg mantap....
tak dinafikan...
tapi baju tuh color mcm kurang kena dgn black...
hehe...

juri professional mlm ni : Jay Jay and Ning baizura...

then solo performance by Chaq..
agak lain la, coz dia buat tribute to Michael Jackson....
nyanyi lagu medley : smooth criminal - beat it -billy jean....
Chaq mmg dah diketahui pandai menari..
tp aku rasa, vokal die tak mantap la....
juri pon komen mcm tuh....
tp his performance agak entertaining la..

ajai terasa terkantoi dgn over confident nye..haha

sampai la ke last performance......
its Fira's duet with Lah performance!
start with lagu hindustan Kabi Kushi Kabi Gam, smabung dgn lagu dangdut Cinta Seratus Percent and then Lagu Poco-Poco....
sgt kelakar aku tgk si Lah yg kurus tu gelek..
hehe...tp he really enjoy it la.....
aku terkejut bila reramia pakcik2 and makcik2 dari mana tah dtg..
ramai gila..
penuh stage, dorng menari poco2..
mmg meriah la.....
fira n lah dapat komen yg agak best la dari juri...
=)

mcm biasa, amik feel dulu sebelum berhindustan..hehe

ni baru sebahagian penari poco2 nih..ramai lagi smpai tak muat gambar..haha

dpt 16 markah dari juri awam, quite good...

kasut yg sama aku pakai last week, tak perasan..haha

performance fira tu yg last la...
tiba la masa untuk umum markah....

semua suspen,terutamanya ajai..hehe

time ni mmg sgt suspen la...
nak kena buang sornag kot..
and aku berdoa sgt Fira dpt msk final....
Ally umumkan markah....
Black yg tertinggi, fira second and last is chaq....
so,supposely Chaq kena eliminate..
tp mcm biasa la,ade drama skit...
minggu ni la takda penyingkiran....
so, final will ada 3 org la...
fight jgk tuh.....

saspen jgk le nak dgr sape msk final....
tahu fira msk final, happy gler aku!
hahaha...

fuh, Lah Ahmad kena botak kepala la coz he dah janji kat public..

Front Of The Class...

Good morning everyone.....
How r u?
its Sunday and i'm still laying on my bed online...
hahaha...

today tak kerja and tak training juga...
balik kerja sampai rumah lewat smlm..
so, mcm malas nak kayuh and prefer rehat je la today....

ni aku nak share the story of a movie titled : "Front Of The Class" .


aku tgk cerita ni few weeks ago la kat Astro....
this movie was released in 2008....
maybe tak keluar cinema, just at Hallmark channel...

the story is about a guy named Brad Cohen who naturally having Tourette's syndrome since he was born.
What is Tourette's syndrome ?

From Wikipedia:

Tourette syndrome (also called Tourette's syndrome, Tourette's disorder, Gilles de la Tourette syndrome, GTS or, more commonly, simply Tourette's or TS) is an inherited neuropsychiatric disorder with onset in childhood, characterized by the presence of multiple physical (motor) tics and at least one vocal (phonic) tic; these tics characteristically wax and wane. Tourette's is defined as part of a spectrum of tic disorders, which includes transient and chronic tics.

so, to summarise that...
syndrome ni ade melibatkan neuron or saraf manusia yg bagi gangguan dlm otak...
people will that will do noise like a loud dog barking secara automatik coz ade gangguan dalam otak.....
if u think , mcm kelakar to see a man do a barking sound...
but,that is because of the syndrome...
i felt very pity to watch him barking, eventhough i know he just an actor....
the barking will getting worst when hes in tense or nervous situation an will getting slower when he feel comfortable with the surrounding...

Brad Cohen always dream to become a teacher or educator....
dia sangat nak jadi cikgu coz time dia kecik, his headmaster really inspired him....
time dalam kelas, kawan2 dia gelakkan dia everytime the sounds came out...
and the cikgu2 tak tahan and report it to the headmaster...
at first, the headmaster mcm garang je...
the headmaster ask him to go and watch a music performance kat hall sekolah...
everyone like angry at him coz cannot focus with the performance...
then later, the headmaster go up on the stage.....

• Headmaster : Did anyone hear noises during the performance ?
• Crowd : Yes sir......
• Headmaster : Brad, come up here! ( with a very serius tone)
  
• than brad went up to the stage and he felt not comfortable....
• Headmaster : Brad , why did u make those noisy sounds?
• Brad : I dont want to do the sounds sir, I was born with it..
• Headmaster : So, you yourself dont want to make that sounds and it came out by itself right?
• Brad : Yes sir....
• Headmaster : So everyone listen up, Brad himself dont want to make that noise...Brad, how we can help you to slower the sounds?
• Brad : there is no cure for my syndrome sir. but i hope everyone can treat me like normal person and that can help me become comfortable.
• Headmaster : Thank you Brad, u may sit....
• Brad went down from the stage while everyone clapping and smiled at him..

that inccident really inspired him to become an educator.
to me, thats really inspired me to...
one kind-hearted man can changed thousands of people's perceptions....

Brad went to college and graduated with flying colours...
so, he started finding jobs as a teacher....
with his syndrome, mmg byk obstacles dia time interview...
he went to a school...
the air-conditioner ofis headmaster tu rosak pulak....
so Brad jadi tak comfortable and the sounds makin kuat...
the headmaster was a very mean an inhuman person..
he said that Brad is not able to teach with those sounds and students will laugh at him...
Brad was really piss-off and dissapointed with how he was treated on that interview....
it was really sad....


Brad almost give up with interviews, but luckily his mum is very supportive compared to his dad...
Brad's dad like malu to have him because of the syndrome..
the dad didnt abbandont him, but not treated him sincerely....
after 24 schools Brad went for interviews , one school intrested with Brad...
Brad manage to influence them that he really can educate kids even with the syndrome....
after few interview with the school boards, Brad got the job....
his teaching method is really intresting because his teaching lower grade school...


at first class, he try to explain to the kids about the syndrome...
kids are clever than an adult to me...
their pure heart can accept him...
but one parent take their kid from that class because they think that their kid cannot focus with that sounds..
i really like this one scene...
Brad caught a naughty boy from his class drawing on the toilet's wall with marker..
he put that boy in detention class...
in the detention class, Brad ask the boy to read...

• Brad : You must read this to me....
• Boy : I dont like to read Mr Cohen.....
• Brad : You must try first....
• the boy started to read , and Brad start make his noisy sounds whilt the boy is reading..
• Boy : Mr Cohen , i cannot focus when u make those sounds...
• Brad : Yes, you are right...can u imagine, how hard for me to read? it is more easier for u...
  
• the little boy seem like started to understand and he keep reading.
• Boy : it is not so hard at all.....

i really like this scenes...
and i started to think....
people with syndromes can be successful and try their best to success, and why we that have everything cannot be like that...
this really wake myself up...

Brad has a nice and understand girlfriend..
she never question about the syndrome and they are really happy...
after some time, Brad's dad changed..
he started to accept his son with that syndorme...

one day, Brad was reaaly shocked because he was awarded to be the best teacher in california....
than i started to think, how good if this movie is a real story...
at the end of this movie, it stated that this is a real story based on Brad Cohen's life and his still teaching untill now....!
haha...


so,as conclusion...
this movie is not so hot like Transformers....
but to me, it is really a great and inspiring movie....
a story with heart in it...
i dropped few tears for this movie..
and i'm not ashame to admit that because this movie really touched my heart.....
what i learned from this movie : Its alright to be yourself , than trying to be like someone else !

hello everyone....

lets see what i did today....

today woke up at 5.30am..
mmg terasa malas nak anbgn....
tp nak training nye pasal..
bgn jgk la.....
went out for training....
tapi kaki rasa mcm tak power la..
maybe stil ltak recover coz aku belasah gi jejauh n byk climbing for 1st day of training...
so, start from home, masuk duke hiway ,then amik exit ampang, masuk MRR@ headin to melawati , buat one lap melawati n balik ke rumah balik..
dapat le 31km....
kalo kaki tak larat, tak kan nak paksa kan?

sampai je kat umah, ayah aku tanya : " nak gi clinic buat checkup tak? "
the nite before, member aku naim comment kt wall fb aku pasal ade org yg pergi Urbanscapes last saturday infected by H1N1 virus....
tak payah kot explain ape tuh H1N1 kan?
aku pon gi Urbanscapes tuh...
then after that my bro called home...
die pon tahu berita tuh, and suruh kau gi checkup la....
tapi aku takde pon any of the symptomes....
aku pon googled la pasal case tuh...
ade announce kt official Urbanscapes nye website...
ade 1 confirmed infected, and 3 still in investigation...

so,aku pon siap2 la lepas dah simpan basikal semua....
ayah aku hantar gi clinic UIA jer....
dah boleh free,guna je la kan?
hehe...
sampai je clinic uia, aku tgk dlm tuh ramai giler org nunggu dgn masing2 pegang x-ray nye copy...
ade medical checkup nak msk uia kot...
aku gi la kat kaunter...

# Syaaban: Salam.kak, nak tumpang tanya la...
# Nurse : yer,ade ape dik?
# Syaaban: saya hari sabtu lepas ade gi konsert.pastu organizer tu announce ade one confirmed infected H1N1 and 3 lagi still in investigation. saya sehat je, just nak tanya. nak kena check jugak ker?
# Nurse : huh...ye ke.....kejap eh dik....

nurse tu buat phone call...

# Nurse : doctor, bla bla bla....

aku bosan je tunggu, penat balik training pon ade lagi...

# Nurse : adik isi borang ni dulu yer...

aku pon isi n siap..

# Syaaban: dah siap kak....
# Nurse : ok dik..adik pakai face mask ni and tunggu kat luar clinic yer..kejap lagi doktor dtg ..

aku dah blur..halau aku pe? haha...
tunggu le aku kat luar dgn pakai facemask tuh...
org tgk pon pelik jer...
after awhile, sekali dua doctors tanya aku..
dedua muka cemas jer..

# Doctor 1: awak ade demam ker?
# Syaaban : saya sehat jer...dah dua hari gi training basikal,ni pon baru balik..ok je...
# Doctor 1: ni awak ada tanda dlm borang awk ade sorethroat and bodyache?
# Syaaban : ouh,sorethroat tuh pepagi sebab saya pakai retainer tido. bodyache sebab training basikal..
# Doctor 2: biar saya check temperature kamu...

dia sumb at termometer kat telinga aku..terkejut gak aku...

# Doctor 2: temperature die normal je..
# Doctor 1: ouh,awak ni sehat je.so tak payah risau la.siap boleh bersukan lagi..tapi baguz la awak dtg buat declaration ni.
# Syaaban : ha'ah ,saya dtg mmg nak tanya jer...
# Doctor 1: kalo mcm tu ,awak tak payah kuarantin or aper...tapi kalo dlm 2 hari awk demam or selsema or batuk, dtg sini terus ye?
# Syaaban : ok, tq doctor..

then, aku pon balik la....
rasa nak tergelak pon ade kena halau duk luar..
haha...



then sampai umah baru le nak online ke tgk tv ke...
kat pagar umah lagi mak aku dah cakap..
takde electric, baru je blackout...
mati akal aku....
nak online takbley..
nak tgk tv takbley..
so,aku bawak turun semua majalah aku yg ade n ipod..
baca la sambil dgr lagu..
lelama panas doh...
nak tido pon takbley...
then hujan kejap, aku tetido jap..
tetibe sedar aku dah berpeluh....
around 5pm baru ade electric..
korang tahu brape jam takde elektrik?
5jam!
fuh....

then kul 5.45pm dah janji nak kayuh dgn Abg Alim..
so,gi la kayuh ke Duke lagi...
aku mcm dah tak larat ikut dia..
hahahah...
layan je la...
terkorban satu powergel utk backup aku nye power..
hahah....
kayuh duke ,amik ampang exit jugak, then heading tu area kelab darul ehsan buat satu lap then balik gombak ikut duke balik..
dpt jgk la 30km...
dkt2 kul 7pm la smpai umah...







so,tu je la yg aku buat today...
kepada sesapa yg gi Urbanscapes , gi la buat checkup..
just langkah berjaga-jaga..
mana la tahu kan...
esok pagi nak kayuh lg..
so,nak tido..

aku plan nak gi cycling td...
tp tak jadi coz cuaca tak mengizinkan....
so,better aku update blog aku....

this time aku nak kongsi topic about Sneakers Collector...
atau ade yg bagi nickname "Sneakerhead" and memcm lagi yg aku tak pnah dgr....
collecting sneakers ni di classified kan as sub-culture kat USA....
aku ade share ngan korang pasal documentary yg aku tgk dulu : JUST FOR KICKS .
dlm ni banyak le aku dapat knowledge pasal collecting sneakers .

if korang dah jadi one of the sneakers collector...
korang mesti tak nak sneakers korang yg biasa2..
korang mesti idamkan sneakers yg LIMITED EDITION, SPECIAL EDITION or COLLOBRATION between brands...
mesti la tak nak yg sama dgn org...
nak yang RARE or DEADSTOCK...
so,if u rocking it anywhere...
sneakershead lain akan pandang n rasa jeles..
hahahha....

so,aku pon mengalami perasaan mcm tu skang...
sneakers aku yg ade ni, semua category biasa2 or nothing special la...
yerla, those rare shoes cost more than a normal price sneakers...
korang penah dengar sneakers jadi harga RM1000 onwards?
ade berlaku kalo korang nak tahu.....
kasut tuh time release dijual at normal price...
but since kasut tuh limited edition, the price put by reseller akan melonjak gila babi...
like example, nike release a limited edition sneakers yg ade 1000 unit je the whole world with price RM499.
for those who are lucky to buy, will put it on the net like ebay or other forum sale at RM1000 or more....
ade je org akan beli or bid for that shoes even dah triple the normal price...
semuanya coz keinginan sneakerhead to own that shoe..

dari nama dah blay tahu nape infrared...
color merah yg diguna mmg menyerlah mcm infrared...
back in 2005, nike kuarkan model ni with the same color scheme...
then in 2008, nike buat comeback for this colorway....
tp a part of the shoes dah ditukar material with Ostrich skin...
so,ni yg buat kasut ni special....
this sneakers dah sold out around the world and dah category deadstock...
to me, mmg cantik kasut nih....
with the ostrich skin lg yg dot dot tuh...
plus aku takde lagi model ni...
td check kt ebay, harga is around USD249...
in RM is around RM800 plus!
the retail price was only RM389.

bila dapat cycling td,mmg mcm puas la walaupon aku nye stamina n power takda lagi..
rasa mcm seorng pejuang yg dah setahun berperang di vietnam dan pulang bertemu dgn isterinya...
dah,korang jgn nak imagine lebih...

semalam aku tido around 2am jugak la coz aku balik lmbat..
semalam gi tgk transformers for second time n dinner dgn makcu aku n anak dia amir...
so,tido around 2am....
aku set alarm kul 5am...
and mmg terjaga la kul 5am..
aku pelik jgk..
bila set jam nak cycling, mesti aku senang je bgn..
maybe mind dah set kot...
so,bgn malas malas..
mandi, online jap n bfast...
then kuar umah around 7.30am...

time tu gelap lg..
and aku tido pon around 3 hours je, so aku tak expect nak kayuh jejauh la...
plus,aku baru start kayuh je arini...
so, dalam kepala aku ade idea nak kayuh ikut DUKE highway je..
smapai mana?
aku pon tak tahu...
so, kira mcm redah je jgk arini..
hehe....

start from my house, masuk ke DUKE highway yg connected kat Karak hiway tuh..
guna lite gear je n slow coz just nak dpt the steps balik..
kayuh kat duke mmg best coz jalan besar n tak byk sgt kereta coz org mls nak byr tul kot....
kayuh je la,layan...
then ade signboard kiri gi ampang, kanan pj shah alam...
aku pikir kalo amik kiri,dkt sgt...
amik kanan la...

jalan kosong je....
then time tgh kayuh tu aku teringat...
ni jalan dah mcm nak gi umah akak aku je...
layan je la ,jgn kuar shah alam sudey...
then kuar duke , msk nkve highway...
lepas je tol die..
omg ada bukit panjang...
sape yg selalu nkve highway tahu le cmana bukit die..
time tu meter baru 10km aku kayuh....
aku think positif je la..
dulu boleh kacang2 je climb...
aku pakai gear ringan je,kayuh slow2...
layan doh....
bila smpai kt puncak, pandang belakang...
mmg puas hati tgk dah tinggi...
hehe....
then dah uphill, downhill la kan..
mmg layan....
haha....

then jumpe signboard lg....


tak kan nak gi ipoh kan...
jauh sgt, and org kt ipoh pon ade kt sini skang..
(kepada sesiapa yg paham je..hehe)
then aku pon taram je la amik kiri coz ade tulis Kota Damansara....
kt kota damansara berenti jap kt petronas beli air 100plus....
kat area ni jalan dah start sibuk coz semua org nak gi kejer...
after that, kuar kat mutiara damansara yg area the curve semua n masuk highway balik yg ke selayang......
then smpai le kerumah...
rasa kejap je...
